QUANTIA TRADE USER AGREEMENT.
Subject of Services:
QuantiaTrade provides access to a simulated trading environment and trading skill evaluation programs. We are not a broker, we do not accept deposits, and we do not provide asset management services.
Account Status:
All accounts provided under QuantiaTrade programs are demonstration (demo) accounts. Trading is conducted in a simulated environment; no real-market transactions are executed on financial markets.
Fees:
The Evaluation Fee is a one-time payment for access to infrastructure, software, and analytical data. This payment is not an investment or a deposit.
No Investment Advice:
QuantiaTrade does not provide investment advice or recommendations regarding the trading of specific assets.
RISK DISCLAIMER
General Warning:
Trading in financial markets involves a high level of risk. The use of leverage can lead to both quick profits and significant losses.
Simulation Results:
Hypothetical trading results in a demo environment have certain limitations and do not guarantee similar results in real markets in the future.
User Responsibility:
The participant in QuantiaTrade programs bears full responsibility for their trading decisions. The company is not liable for any losses resulting from the use of the provided information or software.
REFUND POLICY
Right to Refund:
The client is entitled to a full refund within 14 (fourteen) days of the transaction, provided that trading activity on the provided account has not yet commenced.
Service Rendered:
From the moment the first trade is opened on the trading account, the service of providing access to the evaluation program is considered fully rendered. From this point forward, no refunds will be issued.
Dispute Resolution:
In case of any payment issues, the client agrees to first contact QuantiaTrade support for a pre-trial settlement.
PRIVACY POLICY
Data Collection:
We collect your Email and name solely to provide access to the platform and to communicate with you.
Security:
QuantiaTrade uses modern encryption methods to protect your data from unauthorized access.
Data Transfer:
We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties, except as required by law (e.g., for KYC/AML procedures during reward payouts)
