LEGAL - USER AGREEMENT
Nature of Service: QuantiaTrade provides access to a simulated trading environment and trading skill assessment programs. We are NOT a broker, we do NOT accept deposits, and we do NOT provide asset management or investment services.
Account Status: All accounts provided under QuantiaTrade programs are demonstration (demo) accounts. All trading activity is conducted exclusively within a simulated environment using virtual funds. No real financial instruments are bought, sold, or transferred at any time.
Program Access Fee: The Program Access Fee is a one-time payment for access to our infrastructure, software, and analytical tools. This payment is NOT an investment, NOT a deposit, and NOT a financial product of any kind.
No Investment Advice: QuantiaTrade does not provide investment advice, financial recommendations, or specific asset recommendations. All content is for educational and informational purposes only.

LEGAL - SIMULATION DISCLAIMER
QuantiaTrade is an educational simulation platform. All trading activity conducted on our platform uses virtual funds in a simulated environment and does NOT involve real financial transactions of any kind.
Simulation results do not guarantee equivalent outcomes in live markets. Past performance within a simulation is not indicative of future results in real trading environments.
Users are solely responsible for any decisions made in live financial markets outside of this platform.


LEGAL - REFUND POLICY
The client is entitled to a full refund within 14 (fourteen) days of the transaction, provided that no trading activity has been initiated on the provided demo account.
Once the first simulated trade is opened, the service is considered fully rendered and the Program Access Fee becomes non-refundable.

LEGAL - PRIVACY POLICY
QuantiaTrade collects only the minimum data necessary to provide our services (name and email address). All data is encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except where required by law.
